Hello everyone, thank you for having an interest in my website, I look forward to sharing my journey to the LPGA Tour with you through my blog posts.

I will use this blog to keep you up to date with my results throughout the year and share insightful tips that I use to keep myself on track with my goals, some of which you may find useful to keep your own game in shape.

Firstly, I want to bring you up to speed with how my year has been so far. Let’s just say the year didn’t exactly begin as I had planned! However I truly believe everything happens for a reason and although it was challenging to spend 3 months in Montreal during the winter I was able to spend quality time with my parents…Every cloud has a silver lining!

I originally went to Montreal for Christmas and New Year as I have done for the last 3 years. This time of the year is especially magical for my family as its one of the rare occasions we are all together. We had a fabulous time together as usual; however just after Christmas Day we received the verdict that my P1 visa petition had been denied, after months of waiting.

After speaking with my immigration lawyer Charles Kuck we decided to reapply for the visa this time using a different petitioner. Thankfully the USCIS approved my second petition and within a couple of weeks I was on a plane heading back to Atlanta.

I can’t tell you how excited I feel to be back on the course! I couldn’t stop smiling the first day I went back to the club. It’s such a beautiful time of the year in Georgia……If you don’t have allergies of course. I’m very pleased with the hard work I put in over the few months I was in Canada; thankfully I was able to work on my technique at an indoor driving range. I feel refreshed and ready to get back to competing.

My first tournament of the year will be on the NWGA Tour at West Orange Golf club from 29-31st March. You can follow my scores using this link bellow.

Stay tuned for my next blog about how the fear of failure maybe holding you back from your dreams.
